Deep doodoo….

So, I was always told that if I had £1 and spent 99p… Then all is fine…

But if I had £1 and spent £1 and 1 penny then I would be in deep doodoo.

So throughout my life even though I have sometimes been in ‘shallow’ not deep doodoo, I have basically managed with whatever money I have had.

Each month all my bills are paid first, then if there’s anything left.. Great.. If not then that’s it until next month… It’s all about living within your means even if it means you don’t really have much to enjoy for yourself.

I’m 66 and have worked since I was 15 and still working albeit less hours each week than I used to!
