It’s me, a young oldie!
And a warm welcome to my bit of space on here. As I enter my ‘Autumn’ part of my life, yes an OAP, (Old Age Pensioner), I will only be classed as:-
- BOAP – baby old age pensioner
- YOAP – young old age pensioner
- TOAP – trainee old age pensioner
- POAP – probationary old age pensioner
You see reaching the age of 66, born in 1958, makes me look back, look now and look forwards as to what I’ve done, where I am now and what the heck will my Autumn session bring me.
Nope, I’m not old, I’m not ever going to get old, I refuse, yet lurking there in the Autumn mist ‘me’ will change at some point in the future, but not yet!….hopefully.
So my scribing a whole host of my life things is not just a fanfare of my achievements, just a blog to remind me when I am ‘frailing’ a bit, of my world, and me within it, so even when my grey matter is being extinguished my blog can be my reminder of me and who I am, just in case I start to lose track and forget!
